NoteMy sister, brother, and our friend also saw this meteor and we remember it vividly. It was also almost a full moon outside so it was bright out, but this thing was BRIGHT. I almost thought it was a firework that someone shot off nearby but the angle didn't make sense, there was no noise, and no explosion. My sister thought whatever it was was going to hit Europe... it was huge, bright, and lasted around 5 seconds. Long enough for us to sit up (we were laying down stargazing), look at it, look at each other, and look at it pass behind the tree line that was close to us. Incredible experience and we want to know if anyone else saw this or if it was recorded anywhere.
