Note
At first I thought a big jet was taking an unusually dangerous path flying straight into the ground.. But then I saw it was a fatty shooting star. It didn't light up the night sky like. Another meteor ibhappen to catch a few years ago in our southern sky kinda around the hour in the day.. That meteor turn the sky from dark to green lasting twice as long as this most recent sighting.. But impressive enough still for me to take the time to fill this out.. Very cool questionnaire we can fill out when seeing something awesome..

Note
I think it stayed the same color all the way through the head as well as body and tail was white however the outline or its fringes were a light bluish. It traveled in almost vertical path (very high in sky to just below half way point to horizon. Being in north county San Diego it was in the north by northwest sky.. It had a thick body and traveled slow (for a meteor).
